Posters
The Organizing Committee recognizes the importance of posters in our congress and is committed to providing a platform for their effective presentation. These formats aims to increase the visibility of your work within the scientific community.
Printed format
A physical poster allows for rich in-person interactions with other attendees and members of the scientific community, fostering valuable networking and knowledge exchange.
Online format
An online poster expands your research’s reach beyond the conference, increasing visibility within the scientific community and enabling engagement with a broader audience even after the event.
- Template: Before creating your PowerPoint from scratch, please download this template as it contains the correct dimensions and format for designing your Poster.
- Font size: Always larger than 18 pts (smaller sizes are difficult to read on exhibition screens). Do not use a smaller font size in graphics or their captions either.
- Fonts: Use Arial, Tahoma, or Verdana.
- Background: Use a plain background and contrasting colors. A safe rule is to use black or very dark text on a light background or vice versa.
- No Animations or Effects: PowerPoint animations and effects are not allowed.
- Image insertions: Directly insert images, avoid using link updates.
- Language: The accepted language for the writing of the Poster is English.

- Poster Sessions: Posters will be rotated throughout three sessions on September 19th, 20th, and 21st. Authors should install their posters at the beginning of their allocated session and remove them at the end. Please cooperate in the rotation of posters to ensure a smooth running of each session.
