Important

Carry your credential visible at all times, as it is essential for access to all areas of Congress.

Be careful and keep an eye on your belongings at all times. In case of loss, participants can ask about lost items at the “Help Desk” counter located in the Registration Portico.

As this is an International Congress, all conferences and question and answer sessions will be conducted in English, except for:

Business Formal or Business Casual accepted.

Note: The App, by default, shows the program schedule according to the time zone of the device’s location. If you consult it from a country other than Colombia, the schedules will change. In the “Privacy and Settings” section of the App, remember to mark the Time Zone of the event.

At the end of each session there will be time for questions and answers.

The questions will be asked through the use of the Congress App and the moderator of each session will receive them, select them and ask the speakers. 

You can access the question module by accessing the session in the scientific program of the App.

Speakers and presenters with a presentation in the congress program must deliver their presentation to the technician of the Speaker’s Room with sufficient time in advance, ideally the day before their conference.

The room to download the talks and oral communications is the «Speakers’ Room | 201″ and will be available at the following times:

The ISH Congress will offer a simultaneous translation service using AI in Barahona rooms and Auditorium Getsemaní, from September 19 to 22.

Please note that the translation will be unidirectional: Sessions conducted in English will be translated into Spanish, and sessions conducted in Spanish (as specified above) will be translated into English. There will be no bidirectional translation within the same session

Sessions without simultaneous translation: Pre-congress and commercial symposiums (Except for the Legrand Medtronic and Servier’s Symposiums)

Please note that the Congress does not include lunch. However, collaborating companies will provide food and/or drinks during their commercial symposiums that will take place during lunchtime, from 12:10h to 1:40 p.m., on September 19, 20 and 21.

Once the congress is over, participants will be able to request a certificate of attendance through the ISH 2024 Congress APP.

Certificates for speakers and authors of oral communications and posters will be sent via email.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organizing Committee retains the right to change the time established for a session, as well as the moderators, panelists or speakers.
