Registration and hours of the Technical Secretariat

Pre-Congress (September 18)

The delivery of registration badges for the Pre-Congress will take place on September 18th starting at 08:00 AM, at the ‘Pórtico La Explanada.’ This access to the Convention Center is located in front of the Church of the Third Order and Calle 25. It is only for pre-registered participants of the Pre-Congress Sessions.

Congress (September 19 to 22)

The printing of badges for the Congress days (September 19 to 22) will take place at the ‘Registration Portico.’ This access to the Convention Center is located in front of the ‘Values of Cartagena’ statue on Calle 24.

You will find self-registration counters where you can obtain your badge by scanning a QR CODE. This code will be sent via email to each participant and will be personal and non-transferable. You will also find your QR Code in the ISH 2024 APP under the ‘My QR Code’ icon.

At the end of each session there will be time for questions and answers.

The questions will be asked through the use of the Congress App and the moderator of each session will receive them, select them and ask the speakers.

Speakers and presenters with a presentation in the congress program must deliver their presentation to the technician of the Speaker’s Room with sufficient time in advance, ideally the day before their conference.

Simultaneous Translation using AI

The ISH Congress will offer a simultaneous translation service using AI in Barahona rooms and Auditorium Getsemaní, from September 19 to 22.

Please note that the translation will be unidirectional: Sessions conducted in English will be translated into Spanish, and sessions conducted in Spanish (as specified above) will be translated into English. There will be no bidirectional translation within the same session

Sessions without simultaneous translation: Pre-congress and commercial symposiums (Except for the Legrand Medtronic and Servier’s Symposiums)
